With over 20 years of progressive corporate experience spanning Manufacturing Operations, Strategic Project Management, and OEM partnerships, I've navigated the complexities of organisational leadership firsthand.

As the first female Business Team Manager in a male-dominated industry, I understand the barriers that exist and the transformative power of equitable leadership. This lived experience fuels my commitment to creating pathways for others.
